Job Description
  • Developing in partnership with the business, a competitive overall labor strategy that is aligned to business plans
  • Actively participating in network strategy setting Managing influential relationships with union leaders
  • Creating and delivering capability training for field HR and line organizations
  • Creating and delivering contract strategy
  • Creating and training negotiation process
  • Providing Center of Excellence guidance and council as needed to field HR professionals and the business in respect to labor relation issues
  • Developing, implementing and monitoring initiatives to maintain positive employee relations at union free facilities
  • Providing insights on trends, patterns and industry activity Leading a team of labor specialist

    Required
  • Bachelor/Master s Degree in HR, Business, Industry Relations or related field required
  • Extensive work related experience
  • Frequently demonstrated experience at senior management or executive level
  • Experience with change management, labor relations, negotiations, and strategic planning
  • Experience in managing labor relations as well as principles, practices and procedures of HR Preferred
  • Global labor relations experience is preferred
